How does it work

This South African plant (also known as South African cactus) has many native names, such as xhooba, khoba, or hoodia.
The effect of such plant on controlling and regulating appetite has been known for long but was recently published formally on ABC, BBC channels and 60 minutes popular show.

This succulent stem plant that stands upright in lots of African and south African countries such as Botswana, Namibia and Angola.
This plant is present in multiple species, but the only important one in appetite regulator is the Hoodia gordonii, the plant is very precious for it needs five years before the flowers appear, and afterward the harvest can be collected and used in nutritional or herbal usages.

The usage of hoodia plant has been long ago in native cultures of African and Kalahari deserts. However, the scientific proof on this plant benefits was only discovered recently.
The earliest cultures to notice the Hoodia benefits where the San Bushmen during hunting season, for fighting thirst and hunger, it has been also used in medicinal purposes such as hemorrhoids, tuberculosis, indigestion, hypertension, diabetes and different abdominal and muscular cramps.

The interesting thing is that, the introduction of hoodia to the world did not came from pharmacologists or herb experts, in fact it was noticed by Dutch anthropologists in 1937 during their monitoring and studying to San Bushmen tribes, and their habits.

In 1963, scientist at CSIR has delivered to the world the true evidence on the effect of Hoodia, in regulating appetite.
In 1995, it became much more industrially used. A mega pharmaceutical company named Phytopharm, has isolated and extracted Hoodia harvest and manufactured it into pills, licensing it and naming it P57. it took $20 million dollars to deliver this product, and it was totally worth spending every cent.

How does this plant work?
It depends on fooling your body, making it believe that it has enough sugar, so stop the cry for hunger, while it actually doesn't so burn fat.

How long does it take to show effect?
It is noted that you need one to two weeks to show results. But this is just theoretical, customers have noted that it took them only half an hour and they felt the suppression.

How should I take it?
Before each meal with at least an hour. It is recommended to take it with excess water for; you won't feel thirsty for long.

Are there side effects of this plant?
