Quality control and quality assurance were conducted on all our raw materials. Only those that passed the inspection are the ones being used.

Quality Control

To certify the purity of our raw material we conduct quality control test prior to manufacturing, professional engineers who have full authority on rejecting and ceasing the use of any material that they find questionable do the tests.
Written protocols are strictly followed in order to guarantee a standard product. Manufacturing steps are documented in order to be reviewed by QC experts.

Inspection and maintenance of manufacturing equipments are conducted and monitored according to their Standard Operating Procedures. All the data of the equipments and their inspection schedules are kept in log books and reviewed regularly, and finally inspected by the Dept of Agriculture.

All the previous steps eliminate the factor of contamination in our product. We keep records of our products related to each unit even the raw ingredients for two years after their expiration date.

In addition to the previously mentioned, we record a full analysis of our product; this includes all the ingredients and their lot numbers. Also the standardized procedure used for these ingredients.

For the supply of our raw material; we only depend on wholesalers with excellent reputation in the market, we demand a certificate of analysis from the supplier for each raw material used. A team of quality assurance experts checks the authenticity of them.

We take high pride of our packaging process, we have also full team to check the labels of the assigned products to avoid any confusion, full detailed labels, are cross checked with the original label to avoid any possible confusion.

Ultra Herbal manufacturing Guidelines:

Our manufacturing facility undergoes numerous of inspections to eliminate any factor of contamination of confusion. All equipments used in blending, grinding or granulation, are regularly checked and inspected by the director of operation. A final check on the raw material is conducted directly prior to usage. Storage of products is done in specified containers, specially designed to eliminate any contamination factor, and to maintain freshness of the product.

After blending and granulation, comes the encapsulation and compression.
As a regular and common procedure, the directors of operation checks and inspect all the equipments used in this step. Once more the raw materials undergo inspection.
As soon as the first unit is done, quality assurance is conducted in order to compare between the produced unit with a retained sample to guarantee the integrity and unity of manufacturing. The approval of the first sample is the green line for the mass production to start.
There is a set and written protocol for criteria of the product and for the inspection.

Again, we have specially designed containers to store the final product under aseptic conditions. Labels are prepared in a clear and professional manner to avoid any confusion.

We have a dependable protocol for liquids as well. With the same criteria of the above mentioned solid material.
The final step is packaging, and again a thorough inspection is conducted as soon as the process is complete.
The lot contains only high quality of package, no broken pills, over filled capsules or any defective finished product will be in the lot. This is guaranteed by quality control experts who are dedicated to deliver the customer a perfect product.
After the final QC bulk, storage is conducted. Labels have all the necessary information that has been stated from the FDA.

At this point, we have a full and complete product that needs to be sealed and shipped to the consumer.
Moreover, as a final cautious step we keep a sample of raw materials for one year after expiration date.
Between the time of production and the time of delivery to the customer, the products are kept in quarantine with regulated environment to maintain the adequate temperature and humidity for perfect storage.
